Hey: by now...I'm and surrender to 15 to 16 mph wind as being pretty good?

Anybody else...caving in on and accepting under 20 mph wind speed as O.K. for sailing conditions?

Again Clear Lake, IA will have "Exactly That" Thurs. morning until 2:00 pm (this Thurs., Sept. 27th.
