temps. staying cooler may mean good wind conditions?

Maybe if summer never gets hot this year, for wind...this might be a good thing!

Looks like for next ten days...it's going to be fairly cool and there'll be some wind some days!

If there's wind blowin 20 that's a marvelous thing! Even if the wind is 14 to 18...it's still O.K. with
big sails and big kites.
