Dec. 10, temp in 50's for Clear Lake? (still bring Dry Suit)

Clear Lake to have air temp in Low 50's and wind 15 to 25 mph West wind
with gust in 30s. Can I rub this in any more!
Do NOT bring a Shorty!
Still Dry suits required.
