For the last year or two (however long it's been since rapid update cycle (RUC) went off line) I have been using Rapid Refresh (RAP). But today I noticed I was actually looking at RUC not RAP. Looking at both side by side I like the looks of RUC better (stronger prediction for today) but I'm unsure if it is reliable any more. anyone spent any time determining which is more accurate?

FYI 10m wind is ground level wind... click the "all times" check mark to get the forecast.
