July 2013 Mille Lacs Short Video

A few clips mostly from last week Friday at Reddy Creek as well as a shot or two from Father Hennepin.
This was my first time flying the quadcopter in such strong winds, hopefully my windy flying skills improve for the gathering.

Cool...I'm think I need one of those quad copters for video work...do you like yours and recommend the Phantom for this type of video work?

mdh01 - The phantom is a lots of fun. I can't really say that I recommend the Phantom for this kind of work. It only has a horizontal velocity of 22.5mph. So it would be very difficult to fly it in a 25mph head wind.
