Cancun Kiteboarding

I am going to Cancun with my family and staying at an all-lnclusive in the hotel zone, I am hoping to get in a day or two of kiting. I will not be able to bring gear so will need to be able to rent, and hoping to not have to rent a car. Any suggestions of a place to go that's close by and any experience with any of the kiteboarding operations in that area would be appreciated!
