What are conditions like on White Bear Lake this year? I saw an article in the Pioneer Press that said the water level was *very* low . Has anyone been out yet this season? How are the rocks?

the low water has created this big ocean like beach that is actually to the advantage of kiters. it's wierd but kinda cool. You could break a skeg or two if you hit the right spot but nothing to keep any wind junkie away. There is one spot in the center of the north bay of concern and of course the big reef down the middle of the bay is obvious. tight lines!
