I, Quetzalcoatl was considering a long road trip to catch some wind in Eastern SD on Sunday last. But, when I checked the Sunday morning forecast, it looked like some of the cold front was now extending (a little) out of the Dakotas and "incapsulating" a bit of SW Minnesota.
So,,,,,instead of a five hour trip,,,I went to Fairmont on Hall Lake (a two hour trip). And...I got some!!! 16- 18 mph out of NW-N. The Tabou Rocket 125 liter and 8 meter Ezzy sail kept me planning from 6:30 pm to 7:45 (almost dark). IT WAS WORTH IT! And it was Worth it not got to Worthington.

Sometimes ya just gottA keep looking for a bit of wind somewhere closer by!
