Am I ready? I ask myself....well,,,I still have a windsurf board inside my car with two sails!

NOT Good enough! I need to have all me fins with screws in them,,booms all shipshape and Bristle fashion.

Booties checked out (make sure no holes). Drysuit is just hanging on backside of bedroom door. Windsurf locations for
March will be Mississpi River, downstream from Camp Lacoup-olous or Southern Iowa, (maybe),,,if not then LONG TRIP to
Lake Cheney, Kansas.

Still no one has answered my question: Have YOU ever had trouble with "THE LAW" (The DNR) in Kansas requiring
registration stickers on boards?
