Lake Pepin is open to Lake City. What does remain of an ice shelf is currently shifting into into the choice sailing area. I do believe this will get shattered and disappear by tomorrow, once the wind clocks around. The ice shelf is 2" thick. Plenty of realestate on the beach at The Point to run kite lines as well. In addition, another barge currently chugging through.
