If it is really a public album there should be no need for a Facebook account to view it. If you are interested in sharing it with a wider audience see this Facebook help page on making it available. Its a pretty easy process.

How do I share my albums with people who do not use Facebook?
To share an album:

Go to the album you want to share
Click on the album
Click the gear menu in the top right corner and select Get Link

From here you can copy and paste the link in an email, on your timeline, in a status or send it in a message. You can use this link to share this photo album with anyone, even if they don't have a Facebook account. Anyone with the link will be able to see your photo album.
