Killer Kiteboarding on Pelican Lake

Pelican Lake property two doors down from Todd and Vicki and next door to Wade Larson recently went on the market. East side of Pelican Lake across the lake from Breezy Point Resort. Perfect kiting property. All west wind directions. Strong south winds work too. Hard sand bottom. A line of reeds forms a perfect wind/water break for great flat water riding.
