rigging hep

Hi everyone. Whats the rule of matching a sail a certain size with proper mast, boom, and extention? I mean is there like a chart somewhere? Let's say I have a 5.7 sail.

recommended mast/luff length and boom outhaul length are usually printed on the sail.
