I start going to school in duluth in late Aug. I am looking for a place to rent 1-2 bedrooms between $500-$1,000 per month.
my Ideal location is park point. but wouldn't mind being ontop of the hill twards rice lake.
Chip, I here your parent's had a place on Park point (beach side) for rent???
I would like to spend my summer in the waves. keep your eyes peeled for me
any leads will be great.
Thanks,
Jon

Did you get our e-mail a couple of days after the crossing?
We sent copies of two ads out of the sun. paper, if not, post or send
your e-address cause maybe we had an old one.

Just graduated from UMD living in the cities now, good place to start looking is at UMD, they have fliers up and if you have to time to look you could find something
also, for 1000 in duluth you should be able to rent an entire house, now granted i was in your typical 'college' house, but still average rent is 300-400max a month, per room, 1000 could get you a three bedroom no prob
