Wondering where there is snow. I am going to be in the Calhoun area, so I might fly there. Anyone have an update on the conditions there?

Get up and get out! :D

I live just east of there (closer to you) and I think we got about 3 inches.

I'll be at Mahtomedi this afternoon.

Not sure about the conditions on Calhoun, but I'm going to head over there after work if it's still blowing around 6pm for an evening session.

trying to decide between Calhoun or kite island. Haven't been to kite island this year so I'm not sure about the conditions. After the last big wind Calhoun turned into rough ice patches between drifts. It was still edgable on a snowboard though. Hopefully the snow filled in the patches.

I swung by calhoun after work around 630 and there wasn't really enough wind to warrant going out there in the dark. Oh well, looking forward to the weekend...

Kudos to Kait, who has never kited or been on a snowboard prior to this year, and is now totally dialed -despite the fact that Avery makes her fly a high AR kite
