Experimental is showing 15+ knots on the 6 hour forcast if I'm reading it correctly. Just in time for getting off work?

Okay, so I thought the six hour forcast was 6 hours out from the current time. Anybody want to share how to read the times on the experimental?

the times are Zulu times. so as Casey pointed out it 18 is 1:00 this time of year. There is a link at the bottom of the wind page that used to give the conversion...it doesn't seem to be working though...Eric or Coach?

Generally I think of 15 zulu as 9 or 10 am, 18z as 12 or 1p, and 21 as 3 or 4pm. It difference changes with daylight savings. We change, zulu doesn't.

Overall I find the experimental to be one of the more accurate sources.

zulu clock broken. it's written for Windows webserver. Need to update for Apache.
