a big fish story

Post by john mooney »

I was kiting last month at the mouth of the white salmon river on the gorge when my board smacks a salmon jumping out of the water. Ive hit a coot on waconia (put a dent in my blue board), hit a seagull with my lines in the ocean, but a salmon? Well I did what any good minnesotan would do, I bent down grabbed the stunned salmon, put it between my teeth and kited to shore! Kris and I had romantic salmon dinner that night. I do miss hangin with you all, doing the ice and snow season on kites in MN. enjoy the winter winds!

Aloha,
Moondog

p.s. The story is all true up to the teeth part
