Mille Lacs, so sick

Post by Eric S »

We rocked on Mille Lacs all day. It was so weird, the wind on the surface was not as much as the wind a few feet above the lake. 16M was the call and if you had that you were POWERED!

Mike F, Peter H, Jeff H (Biff), Vojta and me had such a great time!!

They were shooting a comercial at Vojat's 'secret spot' for FORD. They told us to keep out of the picture, I told them to go to hell. But then I reconsidered and let them shoot.

They spent all day trying to get the right light for the shoot. We spent all day boosting and spinning.

I think we had more fun.

Good luck to them....

Oops, Here's some pics before the real kiters got busy at the spot:

Damn, I wish I got some pictuers of Peter and Jeffy boosting air in the sunset.

Crap!

8) I heard Tom F. was up there working on the commercial. He was there doing the lighting if it got cloudy. So he went kiting and still got paid........
