Go to Duluth tomorrow. I'd go but I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. Apparently, I have a fractured subchondral lateral something something. NICE! Doesn't seem to hurt much though...

Eric, are you out there already? Where are you staying? We're planning on
camping at Tucker from around July 17th or so till the end of the month.

Looking forward to it is keeping me from freaking out, cuz my whole family is going to Maui without me next week......... WHAT!!??

So what does it take to fix a subchondra something?

Nope, leaving Friday. I plan on spending some time out east exsersizing in the mornings and sailing in the evenings. I need to spend some time working my cottage cheese ass on this slope near Maryhill

There is really nothing they can do. Even a brace will not help. The orthopedic surgeon just said "if it hurts, don't do that".
