SO, what is the windchill if it's blowing 50 and it's -50 deg?

How aboot Texas, eh? Corpus is 80 with S winds 25-35 today. Talked to my parents and they mentioned it's been in the 70's all week. Hmmmm...might have to plan a trip in late February.
