YEAH!!! I called the Pickle Factory in Pepin, WI...and they say the lake all open as far you can see!!! Barges are going up an down,,and the're stuff
to do on the Lake/river. (As of April 1st and this is NOT a joke!) Top wind speed for Saturday, April 2nd on Pepin to be 14 mph W-NW. Good for Formula board windsurfing.
