This Saturday there's 10 t0 20 mph wind (15 mph base wind) out west in Chamberlain, SD. (well that's still on the East side of the Missouri River).
I'ts about a six hours 30 minutes to get there. Just a thought maybe not worth it. But it's kinda of fun to drive 80 mph legally! But, Hombre, this is a long time with no wind.
And that's true everywhere. Hood River is melting! Well not the glacier on top of Mt. Hood. But they're having temps in the 115's in Hood river.
And that screws up the wind.
Even 10 mph NOW sounds almost good. That's the projected max wind for Spirit Lake, IA, and Clear Lake, and Round Lake.
as Windsports people, we sure are patient!

Quetzalcoatl out.
