New to MN; looking for folks to kite with

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I recently moved to MN (near Rochester), and am looking for folks to go to kiting with. So far, I haven't had much luck in finding kite spots (despite using the map on this site, I suspect I'm not going to the right places since I have yet to see another kiter).

It looks like there will be a Westerly wind tomorrow. Anyone heading out? If so, where do you think will be good?
