Nuking Wednesday!

Post by nickfastswim »

Okay not really nuking but the NWS is currently showing a south west wind at 17mph (gusting to 26) in the cities! And best of all no rain! :D A perfect excuse to cool off in the lake from all the heat and humidity we have this week.

Where is everybody going?

I suppose 17 gusting to 26 counts as "nuking" in July, doesn't it? I'm hoping to take a day off from work and go out either to Waconia or White Bear Lake. I'm not sure if I can be motivated to drive all the way up to Mille Lacs and back for one day's riding. (Then again, if enough people are going there, I could motivate myself.)

How is da Bear on a S/SW wind?

Randy, if you need someone to help pay for gas to Mille on Wed, I should be able to get off work. I promise I will watch the time and be back on land on time unlike last time  Phone is 763 four five eight 1756

Hopefully I will see people out there!
