Yeah, it was pretty fun. For a grim looking forecast a couple of days before the gathering, I think that we got plenty of power. The downwinder to Reddy was fun, except for a drop in wind at the end. Great to be hanging out with a large crew this weekend.

I must admit that the conditions look great. Every pond, lake or river had white caps all over. However, it looks like there's a nasty system moving in with a Tornado watch until 9pm. I'd keep an eye on the sky if I was out there.

To help in controlling the chop, I think that a flexier board would be more forgiving. A good compromise would be to have flexy tips and a more solid center.
