The NOAA RUC aka "Experimental" forecast sites have been down for at least a couple days. Anyone know anything about this? Have they moved to a new web address?

Does anyone know if this meeting will be limited to windsurfing concerns, or will it include discussion of broader issues, like commerecialization of a currently peaceful and park-like area of the lake? Also, will Park Board members/staff be participating, or just the Yacht Club?

Here's what I've found so far on the DNR website: "Notice DNR boat launch on northeast side of Lake Waconia under construction September 20, 2004 - November 20, 2004. The construction team will keep the launch open as much as possible, but the site may be closed for periods during construction....
