Thanks all for your replies I seek merely a shaded, private spot where I can lock up two boards and two booms during the season, so about 10 x 3 ft of space. Something in a yard is fine if away from prying eyes and other implements. Easy to park and throw 'em on to my roof rack a must. A secured are...

A sail boater and his son tried to launch, the son fell in a grabbed a buoy and waited for help. I didn't get their names unfortunately. He was brought to the other side of the lake. Also sadly, I missed Surf Night due to a photo gig!
