I can empathize. I was up there visiting last weekend when there was no wind. We played in the water. A lot of people took a launch (like a huge pontoon boat) fishing.

I just discovered a hole in my 11M diesel. I have not patched before. I emailed Larry at Scuba center to see if I can buy a patch kit and directions from him. Do you have any other suggestions? I think the hole is near the input port.

I live near Rochester, half way between Clear Lake and Lake City. I usually avoid waterski days but if you guys are going, I will be there and try to get Dave to abandon pottery for a day. We have not found a place there that is shallow enough for newbies, but we are desperate to get out.

Rob, I went to Clear Lake last weekend and the wind was awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't see any other kites in the air and it was very crowded and hard to find a place away from people in order to launch. I had an audience. Where do you fly there?
