See you there. It's been a good four days. I have to eat some carbs. When that green suff dries out, it looks like wheat germ.

The Exp just updated to show better wind out west. I'm heading to green. I'll stop at Washington but I'll most likely continue on to Green -- to the campground on the NE side of Green.

I'm game. We might get Jeff G and a few more guys from this side (west) of town. I like the launch at the campground on the NE side of the lake. Green is good on a S or SW but it doesn't get a boost (like Cannon or Washington). If I'm thinking of heading to Green (like today), I stop at Washington o...

Duluth Yesterday.

5.0 and 8 foot swell -- sometimes even breaking on the outside. Wicked -- at least compared to what I've sailed . If sailed that everyday, and ate the right food, I would be one tough son-of-a-bitch. But I don't so I'm not. Hats off to you guys who made it look easy -- Randy and Brian from Mpls and ...

Great story. It was especially interesting since I know Sid and Diego. Next time you go, invite me -- your gear problems and Sid's gear switching will seem minor.

Cool. Hope it goes well and hope to see you on the water. I've got a bum knee. Some things hurt (running) and some things don't (windsurfing).

I'm also thinking of getting a Big Board. Any recommendations on a Big Weed Fin?

Lake kampeska looks good for tommorrow.

Jammin' at Cannon

Yesterday (Wednesday), I got to Cannon around 2:30. I rigged a 4.7 and got about 10 minutes and then it backed off. I rigged a 5.4 and got about 10 minutes and then it backed off. Then it came back and I got about and hour and a half of decent 5.4. Denny and Jeff were there too. Jeff was on a 5.5 an...

OK. Mike, Jeff and I sailed there yesterday (Friday). It was NE. Big improvement for lauching -- no nasty fences or rocks. But I think that, even on a NE, the wind is better in the northern part of the lake. The south part of the lake gets mushy. So I think that on a N or NE you are better off lauch...

Sid, Bill?

Have you guys been to Byllesby this summer? How is the water quality this time of year? How is the wind on a NW?

New Waconia Beach?

Has anyone sailed at the new Waconia beach -- the beach on the southeast side? Is it permitted? How is the launch?

Did anyone sail Byllesby yesterday (Tuesday)? What sail size? How was the water quality?

Is anyone thinking of Byllesby? How is the water? How is it on a NW?

Frustrated

The forecast for washington does not look as good this morning as it did last night. I'll be monitoring the wind. If wilmar and hutchamitic wind reports improve, I'll probably head to washington.

Eric,

I was just scrolling down chat and got the news. I am really sorry. Like Jerry said, I hope you decide to come out and hang with your buds.

I can't make it to Mile Lacs. If the A.M. forecast looks good for Washington, I'll be there. It would be great to see you there too.
