Re: Mille Lacs Sunday

I wont be there but Garrison may work.. That would be a tough one, but I do hear Izates in the SW corner is pretty neat on a NE.

Re: friday riding

Roger that! There were 2 kiters on Forest about a week ago with me but they launched in a different spot. That's good to know that Big Marine works on those directions, I have not sailed it, but other windsurfers have shared the news with me. Mike, Big Marine is just south of Forest Lake. Look on go...

Re: friday riding

Big Marine I hear is a rough spot to enjoy the wind unless it is perfectly NNW :? So hopefully You can find another place!! On a NW I sail from a friends or a little public access down South Shore Drive... That is where I launched from the other day when you were at the main beach... I have no idea ...

Re: We Scored on Milly Tuesday

Good to hear you all had a blast on Tues! The wind was late at Forest lake but myself and Mark Hazzard scored a blast in the late hours :D So with the nice forecast for Friday is anyone thinking of hitting Fr Hennipen??? I do not want to sail alone since I only have a wetsuit but can't wait to hit M...

Mille Lacs Ice out

I've been watching the webcam on mnlakecams.com and the time lapse... It's looking like the lake may possibly be free by the middle of this week !! :) And a NW on Wednesday??? Anyone think it'll be clear for a Fr Hennipen sesh??? :D

Re: Forest Lake Open and Ready

When or where?? :) I am hoping to be there around 3-330 PM today! I will sail from a public access which there are a few. Look along the North shore drive to find one that looks suitable for your launch needs.

Well, I will at least be stupid and go out to Belaire tomorrow. I do not have a dry suit so if I fall in that will be the end of my sesh. But it looks to be a good day tomorrow!!!
