Any feedback for Grand Marais on W or NW winds on Superior? Almost went there yesterday, but got family blocked and it's a 7 hr drive. 25+ winds to 40 and 10-17 ft waves.

Looks like a great place to ride and thinking the jetty would clean up the swells and waves on the inside.
