Re: Stand Up Paddle Board Dealers?

Mark,
I carry Solo Paddle boards and am working on picking up another line. I don't have them online yet but will soon. I have a couple demos if you would like to try one out.

I have a couple of extra harnesses that you could choose from to use. Just look for the Velocity Kiting tent and ask for Jeremy.

Re: Building a rail

Here is a rail I just completed a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully it gives you some construction ideas. It is 40' long, 5' tall at its highest point and 12" wide (I am cutting it down 1', 5' is too tall). It breaks down into 5 8' sections for easy transportation. I will have it at the crossing t...

Re: Snowboards

Tighe, I have been riding the Venture Helix the last couple of seasons and love it. I bought my brother the Zypher and he is loving it on the mountains but he has never kited with it yet. However... Yesterday I rode my new Bataleon Goliath 157 wide and I was very surprised at how smooth and surfy it...

Re: Liquid force Havoc???

smrsco: The 9 and 12 Session's do overlap a bit but they end up covering me from 12 to 40 mph with the right boards. If you ever want to demo one let me know. John: LF has changed a ton over the years. I haven't had any issues with customer support because there kites don't seem to have any issues. ...

Re: Liquid force Havoc???

Great kites! I would go with the 12 it has a ton of range. More than you would think. A lot of people in Green Bay this year are riding the Havoc's and the 12 is the money size. I don't have any time on the Havoc's since I have been riding the 09 Session 9 and 12 this year (love them). Let me know i...

Re: wake style bindings!

The Unions or the Synergy's should fit just fine. Let me know if you want to test fit a pair on your board. I have an extra pair you could try out. SS also makes the PB Floyds and the D3's. These will work on most boards but may require an easy modification to the base plate. We did this to Denis's ...

Re: Green Bay Snowkite Jam - Feb 7th 09

It looks like the stars have aligned for our first event. The forecasts are calling for 15-25 and a temp of 41 degrees. The bay is in great shape. With a base of 6-8" of medium pack and with the warm weather it should soften it up quite a bit. We hope to see some of you out there.
