Yeah. Wind was weaker on Pepin that day,,but also later in the day around 4:30 pm.

Well, one way to NOT get skunked is not to go Windsurfing. But,,,I can't do that.

As frustrating as this summer has been I CAN say that of the Only seven times I've gone sailing, I never once got skunked.
