Drove by today, all the ice was pushed to the south side, 90% is open and sailable
Might refreeze, looks like some pretty chilly nights ahead
Calhoun was still 100% ice and snow covered

The gorge is still my favorite. Swells can be huge on a big west day, much bigger then the ones you see here. And they don't break on top of
you = less pain.
Also no sharks in the gorge.

Looks like clear lake Iowa ( 1.45min south of mpls ) is just about open
