Sand point that divides Walker bay from Steamboat bay is nearly ideal for kiteboarding no mater what the wind direction, very nice sand beach. You do need a boat or sea doo to get there but it is very close to the public access north of Walker near the Kabekona bridge.

Marc...thanks for that amazing account. I met Lloyd for the first time yesterday out on the flats and it was surprising how alert and healthy he looked considering how extreme the event really was. While dialing 911 was critically important, I am surprised that the person on the jet ski did not offe...
