Anyone know good places for a cheap Winter windsurfing Trip?

Looking for a place to go windsurfing over christmas. Just moved to PA, depressing no lakes anywhere near me....... anyways if anyone has taken some winter trips i'd love to hear your experiences and suggestions on where to go.

I also hate how booties feel when windsurfing, but when you get a big cut it's nearly impossible to heal if you're in the water all summer. I had a large piece of glass cut open my right foot this year followed immediately by a large cut from a rock, took nearly a month to heal since i was in the wa...

how can a person tell if there fin is too large or small. I've been out with my new board quiet a few times now and it seems fine, but so many people say that you need to have multiple fins........................why? Nice, to hear that there are people who windsurf in town. I just started last summer so I'm not very good yet. I picked up a 150 liter taubo rocket and a 7m non-cambered sail, this set up is pretty close to what I was using last year. I doubt I'll be able to sail with you guys on a "windy"...
