Thanks Alan and Eric for your detailed answers. Also thanks to Matixsnow, but this guy is looking for more of an adventure than a saucer ride :P Steven was a very active athlete if you will - snowboarder, mountain biker, climber, etc that feeds off of the adrenaline that we get from these types of s...

Re: Recommended sails for Exocet Warp Formula 100

Depending on your weight and skill level of course, but the most common Formula sails are a 9.2m'ish to around an 11.7m'ish sail. Should be able to handle the board comfortably in 8 to 20+ knots.

Snowkiting buggy help

Hey gang,

looking for some ideas in building a kite buggy for a disabled (parapalegic) guy in our hometown that really wants to try out snowkiting this winter. Anyone done anything like this before?

Thanks!

Re: Kitesurfing Calhoun and City lakes(wack & wbl)

tic toc tic toc.. looking at this from a very outside view, this topic is coming up with more frequency. It seems to me it's only a matter of time before the DNR will set some type of regulaton for the community. To think that everyone will adhere to the 'no kiting' self imposed rule of these questi...

Re: Kona Worlds Miami

The Kona Worlds event was really alot of fun at different levels. To start, South beach Miami is a no brainer good time by itself, but the whole Kona concept is what really grabbed my attention. The Kona One class is about everyone being equal on the water. Different weight classes for different sai...

Re: Challenge Update!!

Although mother nature didn't stick around all weekend long for us, we did! And we had another unforgetable time on Mille Lacs. Yes it wasn't 'The Crossing' and the normal fury of activity going on with the anticipation of making it across , but the same jockeying of rigging options were going on th...
