Re: A Real Kite Crossing Challenge

Me being in Guam, where many ships and planes were sunk in WW2, see sharks quite often. I have yet to get out, but I believe I am prepared. Guam is known as the number 2 dive location in the world because of it's variety of coral reefs and underwater caves, but also because of sooooo many sharks. Yo...

Re: Hafa Adai!

Haha call it what you want :P I have long work hours of course but it isn't bad. The average low temp is 77 and the average high is 85-90 degrees all year long with a 60% chance of rain all day.. Very very humid! But the food is good, locals are cool for the most part, and windsurfing is great! Just...

Hafa Adai!

Hey everyone! Long time no see or ride with.. I just got to Guam where I will be stationed for the next 3 years. A question though. It has been windy EVERY single day since I got here 2 weeks ago, and I see kiters and windsurfers out all the time, but see nowhere to buy gear. Even craigslist has onl...

Re: Is the Bic Techno 152lt. (283cm) good for 175 lb. beginn

I have a generation 2 Bic Techno 283, blue with yellow pads, that is in good condition I am willing to part with if you are interested. The board is back home in Blaine. The boards are great. I learned on this one and have sailed up to a 10.8 on it just fine all the way down to a 5.0. It is fast and...

Missin yall!

It is weird not being able to surf and share the wind stoke with everyone. On my down time here I threw together a little compilation of my last year's windsurfing taken with my go pro. I just picked up the HD version and am itching to try it out! Hope all is good up there especially with all the st...

Re: Saying Hi

Thank you about that.. I try my hardest to put my love into the sport and make anything I do with it intense and as fun as possible :) Even no wind days on the water... During bootcamp I earned a big award and it gave me even more motivation and stoke than I had... So when I come back and sail with ...

Re: Saying Hi

Thank you all for the support and it is my honor to serve our country like our forefathers have served it for us. It's tough being located literally right on The west shore of Lake Michigan and see it ramp up with the easterlies. It can get wicked here with nonstop wind for 4-5 days straight! But I ...
