Windance Boardshop holds at least Three official SWAPs (out in Oregon) every year from May through July.

And then the HOOD RIVER WInDSURF CLUB holds some additional SWAPS additionally. (yes, I repeat Additionally, I like to add that).

Here in Minnesota (The Land of 10,000 windsurfing lakes) we too should hold SWAPS more often than just once a year at the HOUSE.

If ya miss the one Saturday morning House SWAP in early May you're pretty much stuck until next year. Yes, there's a small SWAP in

Worthington during the "Worthington Windsurf Regatta and Unvarnished Music Festival" in June also. But that's it!

Sooooo,,, To have a Swap near a lake would be nice,,,but then you might have people just trying out your gear and then decide not to buy it.

It's better to have the winsurf/kiteboarding and Hydrofoiling gear displayed and spread out on some nice grassy areas. Even At Windance, they're not on Grass,

they've got the gear displayed on tarps on hard parking lot pavement.

Oh well,,, think about SWAPS! Like maybe the first Sunday (not Saturday) but Sunday of every month (May through Oct. while the House staff is still asleep! On Sunday "The HOUSE"

opens at 11:00 am for business and we (the SWAPERS) could (maybe) have the Swap from 8:00 am to 10:00am and be done and out of there (and already be at the lake) before

The House even gets "wind of it!" Pun intended. Oh,,,,we could call these: "Stealth Swaps!" Come in quick,,, exchange or sell used "Wind Gear" and get out quick all kind of stealth-like

and then off to nearby White Bear Lake for some wind action! Stealth Swaps! We need lots of them!

Keep Swaps alive!

Quetzalcoatl out.
